Refund policy

Purchaser shall have a right of refusal and return of goods limited to ten (10) days from receipt by purchaser. Purchaser shall notify Wilson Produce within ten (10) days of any claim Purchaser may have concerning defects. Purchaser's failure to notify Wilson Produce within ten (10) days of receipt shall constitute a waiver by Purchaser of all claims covering such defects in the products, Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as is and with all faults, Purchaser shall have no right of refusal and return of goods, and Purchaser shall have no remedy against seller.
